I’ve spent years in the fitness world, but my real passion has always been health and wellbeing — and helping others feel their best. From energising classes to deeply relaxing treatments, everything I do is designed to support your body and quieten your mind.

My aim

Stronger in body, calmer in mind

My aim is to support your overall fitness and wellbeing — through relaxing massages and facials, personal training, running advice, and one-to-one yoga and Pilates. I work a lot with people who have mobility issues or long-term illness, so you’ll always be met with patience, care and a little extra tender loving care.

Small group classes

Yoga & Pilates in small, friendly groups

Tuesday evenings, just four people per class — so there’s always time for personal attention. Pilates at 5.30pm and Yoga at 6.45pm, one hour each. Pay as you go, or save with a block of sessions.

Booking is essential, and beginners are always welcome.

Qualified & always growing

A coach who practises what she preaches

Since 2015 I’ve qualified as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, Pilates teacher, yoga teacher, and most recently in holistic massage and facial therapy. I also run marathons — most recently for the Stroke Association — so I understand first-hand what it takes to keep going.
